It’s Friday! Yay!

I have had such a busy week, can’t wait to slow down!

Todays recipe is one that most non- weight watchers love, weight watchers eye but never think to make at home. Now before you go spending that plenty money this weekend with less than N500 you can enjoy this simple drink twice!

You can have it as a meal like breakfast, so you don’t pile on calories, nothing wrong in having a 220 calorie milkshake. It becomes a problem when in addition to this gorgeous glass of goodness you add 4 pieces of fried chicken, 1 large burger and 1 large fries :-(, that my friends will send you to the weight watchers list fast!

Having it with a slice of toast is fine, like I always say, you don’t have to be full every time you eat, instead enjoy what you eat no matter how little.

Now let’s go there!

Ingredients: (Serves 2)

500ml cold full cream milk (I used Hollandia) *use skimmed milk if you one on a diet.

2 tablespoons chocolate instant pudding (Shoprite)

Handful Ice-cubes

Chocolate sprinkles *optional

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a clean odorless blender and blend non-stop for 4 minutes.

Pour into 2 short glasses and enjoy!

*Tip:If you don’t have ice-cubes, chill the milk ahead of time to serve immediately or after blending, pour in plastic a cup and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes before drinking. If it gets too thick, blend with a little cold milk to losen it up, serve immediately.
